Custom Designed Service Project

Make a lasting impact and teach the value of being in service. We can design and lead a service project with your students that will beautify and build school pride.

Tree Planting

Add beauty and habitat to your school with a tree planting. Students will learn how trees cool our planet, provide oxygen and give animals shelter. This lesson will provide everything needed to plant trees on the school campus.

Invasive Species

Some plants and animals that have been introduced by people can take over ecosystems. Students will learn how invasive species can disrupt healthy habitats and then we’ll remove invasives together!

LItter Pickup

Build school pride by cleaning up the school yard. Students will have all the necessary tools for a fun and rewarding clean up at school! Not only will we safely pick up litter, we’ll also learn how to sort it, and weigh how much we pick up.

Worm Bins

Learn all about worms and how worms are critical for creating healthy soil. Students will have an opportunity to observe worms up close and learn how a worm bin can be a small indoor compost bin.

Animal Tracking

What animals live near you? Learn how to identify animal signs and then go out looking for those signs in the outdoors. Search for tracks, fur, and scat!

Knot Tying

Learning basic knots is a great life skill and the right knot can help you set up a simple shelter, hang up a clothesline, and more!

Maps and Mapreading

Learn about the parts of a map, and how maps can be used to represent the world. Then gon on a treasure hunt as students make and follow maps on the school campus.

Insects and Invertebrates

Explore outdoors to look for our invertebrate neighbors. Students will learn to identify basic invertebrates and learn about what makes an insect an insect through the classic “Head, Thorax, Abdomen” song.
