Join the Nature Rx Challenge!

Each week we’ll be challenging you to do something new outside! For the next few months we’ll focus on the three categories below to help us all spend more mindful time outdoors. Joining the challenge means you’ll have access to our weekly challenges and have a place to discuss creative and fun ways you’re finding to spend more time in nature! We’d love you to join us. This challenge is appropriate for families and individuals of all ages! Learn more about the Nature Rx theme here. The challenge begins September 1.

Stress Relief

In September we’ll explore different ways we can use mindfulness and time outside to bring our stress levels down.

Noticing Nature

In October we’ll work on becoming amatuer naturalists!

Movement

In November we’ll get out bodies moving, deriving double the benefits by exercising and spending time outside!
