Join us for some quality time outdoors soaking in Imago’s beautiful woods in October through nature journaling! In this program, we will discuss the act of journaling and its benefits on our well-being, then we will explore Imago’s forests to find places to immerse and take in the intricate details of our natural world. Participants will be given journals to keep and sit mats/chairs to use as part of this program. Please wear hiking shoes, bring a water bottle, and dress for being outside.
