X Marks the Spot

Imago and Citizens for Rights of The Ohio River Watershed (CROW) present “X Marks The Spot”, a joyful, witty one woman musical offering a view to skew your perspective of your place on earth, literally. Singer, songwriter and performance artist Mary Kroner’s new play is part of Studiokroner’s All Else Pales Series during the month of May, a series exploring the environment in art and discussion.

It is Mary’s intention that this performance piece serve as an entertaining perspective shifter for groups doing environmental awareness and healing work, and she is generously offering up proceeds to environmental groups to support their work. Imago and CROW will be the second and third groups to put this piece to work.

About The Show
Using the exact longitude and latitude of her home, Mary Kroner leads us on a journey back through the history of the universe to the present moment. This poignant performance will make you laugh and think about your place in the world with new eyes.

Mary Kroner has worn a lot of hats in her life, with the consistent thread of creating thoughtful theatre pieces that combine her study of movement theatre and skills as a songwriter and storyteller. She currently runs Ruth’s Parkside Café with David Tape. Mary's work with the All Else Pale’s Series is supporting work of The Mill Creek Alliance.
