All levels of experience and abilities welcome! Join KC Lauer for an enjoyable hour of yoga outdoors at Imago. These practices will start with some breath work and short meditation and then move into some gentle movements to warm up our bodies. If the ground is not too muddy or wet, we will usually begin with seated and grounding poses. From there we will move into some standing and more active and flowing poses. We will close with a little more meditation. There will be some simple flow work that will be revisited each session as a framework for our practice, to help build ease and familiarity. However each class will be a little different. We might throw in a little music, poetry and even dance! Since we will be outside, we will incorporate the beautiful nature around us into our time together. Plan to enjoy the lovely trails at Imago before or after your class. Bring a mat, your mask, and a water bottle
Parking for Imago is on Enright. The yoga classes will be in the open area to the left of the building. At this time we are not able to offer indoor yoga, so very harsh weather will cancel the class. There will be a sign-in at the picnic table. Bring your own mat if you can, there are a few available to borrow. Feel free to bring any other props you might want to use, even a chair! Yoga needs to be accessible for all!
